NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Heidelberg Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on the following Application: An application has been filed by Timothy J. Angstadt (“Applicant”) with regard to property located at 456 Rebers Bridge Road, Sinking Spring, Lower Heidelberg Township, PA (the “Property”). The Property is located in an R1 – Low Density Residential Zoning District. Applicant seeks variance relief under 902.4 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow construction of a 50' x 40' x 19.9' detached garage, as follows: Applicant seeks relief of Section 503.2e of the Zoning Ordinance that prescribes maximum dimensions for width (40') and depth (30') of a detached garage structure. A Public Hearing thereon will be held at the Lower Heidelberg Township Municipal Building, 720 Brownsville Road, Sinking Spring, PA 19608 on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 7:00p.m. All persons with an interest in the relief requested are invited to attend the hearing. The Applicant and all other parties in interest who appear will have an opportunity to be heard. A decision on the relief requested may be announced at the conclusion of the Hearing, or at a later date to be announced at that time.
