PUBLIC NOTICE The Lower Salford Township Board of Supervisors is soliciting bids for the following contract: 2026 Construction Equipment Rental with Operator – Prevailing Wage Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with contract name clearly printed on the outside. Two (2) copies of the bid document must be submitted to Township Manager, Lower Salford Township, 379 Main Street, Harleysville, PA 19438 no later than 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 3, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or deposit in the form of a certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price. This is a one (1) year contract with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions. Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the Lower Salford Township Municipal Building. The contract will be awarded at the March 4, 2026, Supervisors meeting or subsequent meeting as determined to be in the best interest of Lower Salford. Contract documents may be obtained by prospective bidders by contacting Douglas Jones, Dir. of Public Works at (215) 256-8331 or djones@lowersalfordtownship.org.
