Legal Notice Township of FRANCONIA Zoning Hearing BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Franconia Township will hold a hearing on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Building, 671 Allentown Road, Franconia, Pennsylvania, to hear the applications of: Paul and Charity Veltre, who request a special exception pursuant to Section 145-202.1.A from the Franconia Township Zoning Ordinance to permit an in-law suite addition to the existing house located at 645 Creamery Road (Parcel No. 34-00-01384-00-4) in the RR - Rural Resource Residential District of the Township. Nicholas Poiron, who requests a special exception pursuant to Section 145-18.D(1) to permit an accessory building larger than permitted and a variance from Section 145-18.D(3) to permit a height greater than permitted for same. The property is located at 157 Erie Avenue (Parcel No. 34-00-01552-00-7) in the R-100 Single Family Zoning District of the Township. The Board will also consider any other business that comes before it in due course. All interested parties may attend this hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
