LEGAL NOTICE NARBERTH BOROUGH ZONING HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Narberth Borough Zoning Hearing Board shall hold a public hearing on February 26, 2026, 7:00 p.m., at Borough Hall, 100 Conway Avenue, Narberth, PA 19072 to consider the application of Daniel Imaizumi/Eleanor Stanford for the property at 103 Dudley Avenue, Narberth, PA 19072 (property ID 12-00-00583-00-8). Applicants request variance relief under Zoning Ordinance § 500–602(C)(1)(2) (use and site planning requirements for accessory dwelling units) for a fourth dwelling on the property in an existing rear yard building. Copies of the application may be examined online at narberthpa.gov and at the Borough hall (address above) without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the copying cost thereof.
