NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Zoning Hearing Board of Lower Providence Township will meet FEBRUARY 26, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held at the Township Administrative Building, located at 100 Parklane Drive, Eagleville, PA, 19403 to hear and or decide on the following zoning appeals:
Z-26-06 WB Homes Land Acquisitions, 404 N. Sumneytown Pike North Wales PA 19454 Applicant is requesting relief from Section §143-36 to preserve an historic school building by adapting its use to six (6) residential units without altering its exterior footprint or character. Multi-family use is not expressly permitted upon the subject property. The parcel ID of subject property is 43-00-03613-00-7. The subject parcel is located at 2765 Egypt Road and is in the R-2 – Residential Zoning District.
