NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Township will hold a hearing at the Twp. Building, 10 Lake Harmony Road, Lake Harmony, Twp., Carbon County, PA, on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 6:00PM, for the purpose of hearing the following matter: This is the application of John J. Wurst, Jr.(applicant), for a variance of the front yard setback, which is 40 feet to reduce it to a setback of 25 feet to accommodate a 12' x 8' garage addition, and pursuant to §180-142(c) of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 41 Crest Drive, Lake Harmony, Carbon County, PA, 18624, PIN #33A-21-B32 and is located in the R-2 Zoning District.
