Advertisement for Bids Sealed proposals will be received by Brokenstraw Township, 2nd Class of Warren County, at 770 Rouse Avenue, Youngsville, PA 16371 at 4:00 p.m. on March 11, 2026 for the following: Bid#1) 1a. 20,000 Gal High-Float Emulsified Asphalt, HFRS-2 1b. 5,000 Gal Cut-Back Asphalt, AASHTO MC-70 Liquidated Damages Apply: $975 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10 % of the bid, made payable to the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
