LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S. §§ 8301(1 & 3) & 8304, in Wyoming County Court of Common Pleas, Orphans Court Case No. OCD-5-2026, Susquehanna Conference of the United Methodist Church has filed a Petition seeking court authority to sell or otherwise dispose of Wyoming County Parcel No. 10-074.0-117-00-00-00 (on which is located a church building previously used by the East Lemon United Methodist Church), free of any condition, restriction, or limitation on alienation that may be set forth in Wyoming County Recorder of Deeds Book 42, Page 246. The Court will take any public comment from any interested person, at a hearing to be held at 2:00 p.m. on March 5, 2026, in Courtroom 2, Wyoming County Courthouse, Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania.
