REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Advertisement for Proposals for Professional Services for the Administration of 457(b) and 401(a) plans For the Sterling Township Pension System The above-named pension system and municipality is seeking proposals for the followingprofessional services for the municipal pension system administered by the system and municipality: 1. Custodial services to provide secure possession, investment placement and reporting of pension assets. 2. Investment counseling services to provide sound strategies for the stability, preservation, and growth of pension assets. 3. Actuarial services to provide data and information relative to the funding adequacy of the municipal pension system administered by the township pension system. 4. Administrative services to provide counseling, educational, and documentation services for the systems day to day pension operations. The specifications for the requested services shall relate to applicants' qualifications, experience, expertise, and desired compensation with respect to the requested services; and such other specifications as may be required by state or federal law. Preference may be accorded to applicants who can provide multiple, or all, of the requested services. Procedure to compete for the contract shall require applicant's obtaining application and disclosure forms from the requestor at Sterling Township 1066 Maple Grove Road, Moscow, PA 18444, sterlingtownship@ptd.net, and submission of relevant material to Sterling Township PO Box 100, Sterling, PA 18463 on or before March 25, 2026.
