LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION TO BID Richland School District The Richland School District, Cambria County, PA, invites sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) late-model used maintenance vehicle. Acceptable vehicle types include, but are not limited to, a pick-up truck*, cargo van*, or pick-up truck equipped with a utility body*. *4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive Preferred Bid specifications and required bidding documents shall be obtained by contacting: Mr. John Ribarich, Director of Facilities 814-266-6081 x3005 jribarich@richlandsd.com Sealed bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, March 13, 2026, at: Richland School District Administrative Offices 1 Academic Avenue, Suite 200 Johnstown, PA 15904 The Administrative Offices are located on the stadium side of the building. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Used Maintenance Vehicle Bid” No electronic bids will be accepted unless on a government-approved purchasing contract. Bids will be publicly opened at the above time and place, or as soon thereafter as practicable. The Richland School District reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder or to the bidder whose proposal is deemed to be in the best interest of the District, in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania law.
