BID NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the Cambria Township (2nd Class) of Cambria County at 184 Municipal Road, Ebensburg, PA 15931 until noon on March 18, 2026 for the following construction: PHASE 2 Cambria Township Police Building Interior A) Drop ceiling B) 5/8ths Finished Drywall C) Epoxy Floor Bid opening 5:00 pm Mar. 18, 2026, public meeting at above listed location. Bidders may call (814) 472-8810 for more information. *Contractor is responsible for completing all permitting & fees associated with the project; including prevailing wage in accordance with the PA Prevailing Wage Act. Performance & Payment Bonds, made payable to the muncipality, must be furnished by the successful bidder in the amount equal to 100% of contract price. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the municipality. The Township of Cambria reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any/and all bids, or take such action as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law.
