Bids will be received up to11:00 A.M., to the attention of Tracy Harris, Director of Finance, West Jefferson Hills School District, 830 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025.A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Project site onThursday, February 19, 2026, at 3:30 P.M.It is the intent of the Owner to enter into separate contracts as follows:Contract No. 1Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Construction.Contract No. 2Electrical Construction.Bids shall conform with Contract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers, 40 Shenango Ave., Sharon, PA, 16146, and 201 Century Building, 130 Seventh St., Pittsburgh, PA, 15222.
