LEGAL ADVERTISEMENTLegal notice is hereby given as provided by the City of New Kensington Ordinance, No. 4-93, and by the Sunshine Act, 1986 P.L. 388, No. 84, that on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. prevailing time, in City Hall, 301 11th St., New Kensington, PA, the Zoning Hearing Board shall hear appeals for the following:1. The Request of AK Valley Auto Glass for a Variance of a Special Exception Use for a proposed Auto Sales at 2391 Seventh Street Road, New Kensington, PA 15068 in an area Zoned C-1; Local Commercial, Tax Map # 24-04-14-0-010. Sections 236-15(6) Use Class 13(a) & (b) of the Zoning Ordinance.2. The request of Sanctuary Boxing Club for a Special Exception Use for Property at 1415 Strawn Avenue, New Kensington, PA 15068 in an area Zoned R-1 Low Density Residential, Tax Map # 24-06-01-0-111.
