This RFP is for the sale and mixed use-commercial development of the properties at 201, 227, and 229 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville, WV 26041. This property is in the Historic Business District.To be considered, interested respondents must hand deliver or mail all requested materials by Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. (EST). All proposals must be sealed and addressed to: Rick Healy, City Manager, City of Moundsville, 800 6th Street, Moundsville, WV 26041.
