Diesel Fuel Bids Moreland Twp, 1220 Moreland Twp Rd, Muncy PA will be accepting sealed bids for the following: 7,500 gals more or less of Low Sulfur Died Diesel Fuel, winterize from Oct 1 to Mar 15. Proposals must be on the PADot MS-963 forms, "Fuel Bid" submitted by 5 pm Mar 9. Supervisors have the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
