NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SPECIALTY FABRICATORS, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation with its registered office located at 10 Marianne Drive, Suite 102, York, Pennsylvania 17406, has filed Articles of Dissolution with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania pursuant to the Pennsylvania Business Corporation Law, and is now winding up its affairs. All persons having claims against the corporation must present them in writing on or before April 24, 2026, stating the name and address of the claimant and the nature and amount of the claim, and mail them to: Specialty Fabricators, Inc., c/o Robert E. Swartz, 10 Marianne Drive, Suite 102, York, Pennsylvania 17406. Any claim not so presented by said date shall be barred.
