PUBLIC NOTICE: The Hellam Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on February 24, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Township building located at 35 Walnut Springs Road, York, PA 17406, to hear Application No. Z-2026-02 – UWS Properties LLC – UPI 31-KK-01-B0, 216 Gartner Lane.
