Lower Chanceford Township Official Plan revision for sewage facilities, Lower Chanceford Township, 4120 Delta Rd., Airville, PA 17302. The plan calls for 1 EDU to be served by a Small Flow Treatment Facility. The development is located on 1.99 acres at Lot 3 Kilgore Rd.
