NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RACCOON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS A public hearing before the Board of Supervisors of Raccoon Township on the application for a Conditional Use filed by Madison Davis (Dutcher), dba Hair By Maddy, LLC, owner of property located at 3548 Green Garden Road Aliquippa, Pennsylvania 15001, further identified as Tax Parcel No. 75-008-0142.003, will be held at the Raccoon Township Municipal Building, located at 1234 State Route 18 Aliquippa, Pennsylvania 15001, on Tuesday April 14, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., prior to the regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting. The purpose of the hearing is to take testimony and evidence to determine whether the applicant is entitled to their request for Conditional Use approval to allow for a home-based salon (Home Occupation) to be operated within a portion of the existing dwelling.
