NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Atglen Borough will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Atglen Borough Building, 120 West Main Street, Atglen, PA 19310, to consider, and potentially act on the application of Mike & Megan Fromal, 226 Israels Mill Road, Atglen, PA, (TPN 7-3-78.22), situated in the Townships R-1 Residential Zoning District. Applicants are seeking a side yard variance from Section 503.E of the Atglen Borough Zoning Ordinance in order to construct a 2-car garage addition to the existing garage; as well as any other related relief that the Board may deem required. If any person who wishes to attend the above hearing has a disability and/or requires an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to observe or participant in the hearing, s/he should contact the Borough Building at (610) 593-6854 to discuss how those needs may be accommodated.
