Public hearing for a wireless telecommunications facility application on March 23, 2026.

PUBLIC NOTICE
 
The TOWNSHIP OF FALLS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS will con-sider a Conditional Use Application at its regularly scheduled meeting on March 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., to be held at the Falls Township Municipal Building, 188 Lincoln Highway, Public Meeting Room, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. The Board of Supervisors will consider the Conditional Use Application concerning 1414 Bordentown Road, TMP No. 13-050-002, located in the HI – Heavy Industrial District.
The Applicant, Rise Up Towers, LLC seeks relief pursuant to § 209-50.2.C(18) of the Falls Township Zoning Ordinance for conditional use approval to construct a tower-based wireless telecommunications facility outside of the right of way on the property, as more fully described in the Application.
The Board of Supervisors will consider testimony and evi-dence from the Applicant and any interested parties and/or residents at the hearing regarding the application, public comment, and such other information on the application as comes before the Board.
The Application may be examined by any citizen at the Falls Township Municipal Building located at 188 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, PA 19030, Monday through Friday be-tween the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A copy of the Application can also be found on the Township's website, at www.fallstwp.com.
