Legals,Legal Notices,PENNSYLVANIA PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION NOTICE March 17, 2026 Application of Radiate Energy for Approval to Offer, Render, Furnish or Supply Natural Gas Supply Services to the public in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Docket No. A-2026-3059961. Radiate Energy has filed an application with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (“PAUC”) for a license to provide natural gas supply services as a supplier of natural gas services. Radiate Energy proposes to sell natural gas and related services throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under the provisions of the Natural Gas Choice and Competition Act. The PAUC may consider this application without a hearing. Protests directed to the technical or financial fitness of Radiate Energy may be filed within 15 days of the date of this notice with the Secretary of the PUC, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120. Please include Docket No. A-2026-3059961 on the protest. Additionally, please send copies of any protest to Radiate Energy's attorney at the address listed below. David W.
