Public Notice The Susquehanna Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 6:30PM, at the Susquehanna Township Municipal Building, 1900 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110, to consider applications for relief from the Susquehanna Township Zoning Ordinance (ZO): Osei Jordanel, the property owner, is requesting a variances from §27-2106.4.A and §27-2104.2 of the ZO to install a detached garage that is located in the front yard area and is taller than 15' in height at 1523 Greening Lane. The Pennsylvania Game Commission, the property owner, is requesting a variance from §27-405.5 of the ZO to install site improvements that exceed the 30% maximum impervious lot coverage at 2001 Elmerton Avenue.
