NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hampden Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold its monthly meeting at the Hampden Township Municipal Building located at 209 South Sporting Hill Road, Mechanicsburg, PA, 17050 at 6:30 p.m. on April 15, 2026, at which time a public hearing will be held on the following matter: 1. APPLICATION NO. 26-02 (HEARING) Opes Capital, LLC, Applicant, subject property is 4705 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, (Commercial Limited Zoning District), requesting appeal from the Township's Determination or in the alternative, requesting variance from Sections 1817.I, Building Height Limit and 1817.A, Residential Districts, of the Hampden Township Zoning Ordinance, requesting relief to the building height limit and the restriction on property adjoining a residential district.
