PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A HEARING WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, MARCH 23, 2026 AT THE NEVILLE TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL BUILDING AT 5050 GRAND AVENUE, NEVILLE, ISLAND, PA , STARTING AT 7:00 PM, AT WHICH TIME THE NEVILLE TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL CONSIDER AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE FOR 5500 NEVILLE INVESTMENTS, LLC FOR PROPERTY IN THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT LOCATED AT 5500 GRAND AVENUE, LOT AND BLOCK # 274-N-26, SEEKING RELIEF FROM THE SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS OF ZONING ORDINANCE CHAPTER 340, SECTIONS 340-63.E.2, 340-63.G, REGARDING PLACEMENT AND NUMBER OF SIGNS.
