HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of New Britain Borough will hold a hearing on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Burkart Hall, 56 Keeley Avenue, New Britain, Pennsylvania, to hear the application of: Thomas and Kathryn Kelso, who request variances from Section 450-17.D(1) and (5)(c) of the New Britain Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit the subdivision of property whereby one lot will not meet the minimum lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and both lots would have 5 ft. rear yard setbacks as opposed to the 35 ft. rear yard setbacks required. The property is located at 31 North Tamenend Avenue (Parcel No. 25-2-22) in the Village Historic District of the Borough. The Board will also consider any other business that comes before it in due course. All interested parties may attend this hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
