NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, under Philadelphia Home Rule Charter Section Number 8-407, that on March 25, 2026, AMENDMENTS TO CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION 5.158 CLASSES ELIGIBLE FOR IN-POSITION PROMOTION were promulgated by the City of Philadelphia Office of Human Resources and on April 17, 2026, was filed with the Department of Records, Room 158, City Hall, available to view at https://www.phila.gov/departments/department-of-records/proposed-regulations/#/ Anyone affected thereby may file a written request for a hearing with the Department of Records within thirty (30) days of April 17, 2026, including by sending an email to regulations@phila.gov.
