PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the Plumstead Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold public hearings on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Plumstead Township Municipal Building, 5186 Stump Road, Pipersville, Pennsylvania to consider the following applications: 1. The Application of Hey Dude Partners, LLC concerning the property located on Kellers Church Road, Pipersville, Pennsylvania also known as Tax Map Parcel Number 34-004-002-002. The Property is located in the Township's LI – Light Industrial District. The Applicant is seeking the following variances: (1) from Section 27-1703 of the Plumstead Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a side yard setback of 69.5 feet where 100 feet is required and from Section 27-2303.1 to permit a structure to be located in the side yard setback; (2) a variance from Section 27-2405.5.B to permit a portion of the stormwater berm, piping, and outlet to be located within the buffer area and (3) from Section 27-2911 to permit any granted variances to survive during the land development approval process and the NPDES permitting period for the project. 2. The Application of Robert Whittenberger concerning the property located at 4600 Tollgate Road, Carversville, Pennsylvania also known as Tax Map Parcel Number 34-018-076-001. The Property is located in the Township's RO-Rural Residential zoning district. The Applicant is seeking the following variances: (1) from Section 27-2305.A to permit a gate and gatehouse to be located in the front yard and within the required 50' front yard setback and (2) from Section 27-304.28.C.1 to permit a portion of a fence/wall of six (6) feet in height within the front yard where only a four (4) foot height is permitted.
