NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP COUNCIL at its regularly scheduled meeting on March 9th, 2026, at 7:00 P.M,, at the Township Building, 700 Belvoir Road, Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania 19462, will consider the enactment of an Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Section 2-25A of the Township Code of Ordinance. The proposed Ordinance to be considered and acted upon is the following: AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PLYMOUTH AMENDING CHAPTER 2, SECTION 2-25A of the TOWNSHIP CODE OF ORDINANCE. The public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing within the municipality concerning the proposed Ordinance. The proposed Ordinance to be considered and acted upon on March 9th, 2026, has been drafted for the health, safety and general welfare of the residents of Plymouth Township. A complete copy of the text of the Ordinance has been filed with the Montgomery County Law Library, Montgomery County Courthouse, Swede and Airy Streets, Norristown, Pennsylvania. Also, a complete copy of the text of the Ordinance may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof during normal business hours at the Plymouth Township Municipal Building,700 Belvoir Road, Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania and at the office of the newspaper wherein this Notice is published.
