PUBLIC NOTICE
 
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of Riegelsville Borough will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. regarding the RCN Telecom Services Franchise Renewal agreement concerning renewal of the existing franchise agreement which expired on December 31, 2025, but has been automatically extended. The Hearing will occur at the Borough Hall, 615 Easton Road, Riegelsville, Pennsylvania. Residents are invited to testify. The purpose of the public hearing is to review the past performance of the cable operator, RCN Telecom Services, and to identify the future cable-related community needs of the Borough. Copies of the existing franchise agreement between RCN and the Borough are available for copying and examination by the public at the Borough Hall.
