LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Hopewell Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, 3336 Bridgeview Road, Stewartstown, PA 17363, on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., at which time the following application will be heard: Application # 1-2026, Dalfen Industrial, LLC, for property owned by Nachtigall Family Limited Partnership, Mount Airy Road, known as Tax Map 01, Parcels 28 and 29, zoned Industrial, is requesting a dimensional variance to Section 27-301.3.A of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a fence to exceed six feet (6') in height to a maximum height of eight feet (8') in height.
