NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
 
The Borough of Stroudsburg will be holding a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, beginning at 7:00 P.M., at the Stroudsburg Borough Municipal Building, 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application of Stroudsburg Area High School for conditional use approval of an electronic message sign at the property located at 1100 W. Main Street, Stroudsburg, PA pursuant to §§27-1206 and 27-1207 of the Borough Code of Ordinances. The subject property, also known by Tax Map No. 18730006287445, is owned by the Stroudsburg Area School District and is located in the MU-B Mixed Use zoning district.
 
The complete application is available for inspection (without charge) or copying (for actual copying costs) at the Borough's office at the address listed above during normal business hours. Anyone may attend the hearing and those who are affected and have legal standing may participate in the proceedings.
