LEGAL NOTICE SWOYERSVILLE BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Swoyersville Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Swoyersville Borough Building, 675 Main Street, Swoyersville, PA 18704. The Board will hear the application of Endless Energy for property located at 500 Main Street, Swoyersville, PA 18704, located in the R-2 Zoning District. The applicant is requesting a Special Exception from Section 93-53.1(B), (B3), (B4), (B5), (B6)(b) of the Swoyersville Borough Zoning Ordinance to allow for exemptions used to determine major verses minor solar systems. All interested persons are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
