PUBLIC NOTICE AVAILABILITY OF CULTURAL RESOURCES PROGRAMMATIC AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC COMMENT The Tobyhanna Army Depot has been working with the Pennsylvania State Historic Preservation Office and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation on a Programmatic Agreement (PA) for reviews required under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), 16 United States Code (USC)§ 470f, and its implementing regulations, 36 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 800. Part of the coordination process is to ensure that the community is involved in development of this agreement and is given a chance to review and comment on the PA If you are interested in reviewing the PA a copy will be available at the Pocono Mountain Public Library Located at 5500 Municipal Dr, Tobyhanna, PA 18466.
