NOTICE The Zoning Hearing Board of Warrington Township, Bucks County, PA, will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Warrington Township Building, 852 Easton Road, Warrington, PA, to consider the application of Trans Lualhati, regarding Tax Parcel No. 50-034-014 which is located at 31 Poplar Avenue, in the R-2, Medium-Density Residential Zoning District of Warrington Township. Applicant seeks to expand the existing driveway by 480 square feet. Resulting impervious surface coverage onsite is approximately 29%. §370-411.E(1)(c)[1] of the Warrington Township Zoning Ordinance, R-2 Bulk Standards, permits impervious surface coverage not to exceed 20% for a lot used for a single-family residential dwelling. Applicant seeks a variance to exceed the impervious surface coverage allowed.
