NOTICE OF DEEMEDAPPROVALNOTICE is hereby given under and pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC) 53 P.S. 10101 et. seq., of a deemed approval of a conditional use application for a 137 unit townhouse development (the Application) filed by Wilds Pittsburgh, LP (the Applicant) with Township of West Deer (the Township). The Application was filed on July 9, 2025, and sought approval of the development of a certain 33.35 acre parcel of land known as Block and Lot Nos. 1361-B-00186, 1361-C-00104 and 1361-C-00177. The deadline for the Township to issue its decision on the Application was November 19, 2025. The Township failed to take timely action on the Application. This notice is to advise that an appeal of the approval to a court of competent jurisdiction must be filed within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice.
