49704/02/2026https://www.post-gazette.com/PublicNoticesTOWNSHIP OF PINE PUBLIC NOTICE (Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee Public Hearing Notice) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pine Township Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing to review and discuss the draft Land Use Assumptions Report, prepared as part of the proposed update to the townships Transportation Impact Fee Ordinance. The committee will also consider a motion to recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve the findings of the Land Use Assumptions report at a subsequent public meeting. The hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 9, 2026 in the Pine Community Center at 100 Pine Park Dr, Wexford, Pennsylvania 15090.
