Springettsbury Township Zoning Hearing Board Public Hearing. Notice is hereby given that the Springettsbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the Springettsbury Township Administrative Building, 1501 Mount Zion Road, York, PA 17402 to hear/act upon the following case: ZHB-2026-0001. The application of KimberLee Mudge in reference to the property located at 3308 Druck Valley Rd, appealing the decision of the Zoning Officer regarding Section 289-42 Obstruction of Vision. The property is located at 3308 Druck Valley Rd., York, Pennsylvania, in the R-R – Rural Residential Zoning District. All interested persons are invited to appear and be heard. Applications may be examined at the Springettsbury Township Administrative Building at 1501 Mount Zion Road, York, PA 17402 by appointment. Any person with a disability requiring a special accommodation to attend a meeting should notify the secretary at 717-757-3521 as early as possible, but not later than three working days prior to the meeting.
