Public Notice East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG) is seeking to hire a qualified firm to provide a broad range of Architectural Services including but not limited to architectural and construction manager at risk. All request for qualification proposals must be submitted no later than the Bid Opening at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, as referenced in the RFQ documents, or online at https://www.etcog.org/procurements by clicking on the ‘ETCOG Multi-Project Architectural Services 2026 RFQ'.
