NOTICE OF SALE CRESSON CROSSROADS MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 (A Political Subdivision of the State of Texas Located within Hood, Johnson and Parker Counties) $5,880,000 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2026 (Defined Area #2) The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Cresson Crossroads Municipal Utility District No. 2 (the “District”) will publicly receive sealed bids on its $5,880,000 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2026 (Defined Area #2) (the “Bonds”), on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., Central Time, at the District's Financial Advisor office, Hilltop Securities, Inc., 717 N. Harwood Street, Suite 3400, Dallas, Texas 75201, ATTN: Andre Ayala. The Board will take action to reject any and all bids or accept the bid resulting in the lowest net interest cost to the District, on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Central Time at the District's regular meeting place located outside the boundaries of the District, 9843 E. Bankhead Parkway, Aledo, Texas 76008. A bid for the Bonds may be delivered to the District electronically or delivered directly to the District in a sealed envelope addressed to the Financial Advisor of the District at the above address of the District's Financial Advisor. Bidders, other than bidders submitting an electronic bid, must submit signed Official Bid Forms on the date of and before the time of the sale. All bidders must submit a bank Cashier's Check in the amount of $117,600.00 payable to the order of the District as a Good Faith Deposit. Additional terms and conditions related to the submission of a bid for the Bonds are included in the "Official Notice of Sale and Bidding Instructions." The Bonds will mature serially on September 15, 2028 through 2056 (inclusive) and will be dated May 1, 2026.
