Request for Proposals Notice One-Step Selection Process MANVEL HS EXPANSION & RENOVATION Project Pre-Construction, Construction Services, Construction Managers at Risk (CM@R) Alvin Independent School District The Alvin Independent School District will accept Competitive Sealed Proposals from Construction Managers until 2PM on Thurs- day, April 9, 2026, at Alvin ISD's Support Services Center, 2200 Stapp Maxwell – Bldg. A, Alvin, TX. 77511 for Pre-Construc- tion & Construction Services for the Manvel HS Expansion & Renovation Project, and for other projects as may be determined solely by the Board of Trustees of Alvin Indepen- dent School District. Selection will be based on a One Step Process, with CM selected based on qualifications and then proposed fees.
