Best Value Invitation for Bid for Food Delivery and Related Services for Amarillo College Badger Central Bookstore & Café, Hagy Childcare Center, & Lab School IFB#1428 Amarillo College is soliciting Invitation for Bids (IFB's) from respondents who are interested in and qualified to provide a food delivery and related services for the Amarillo College Badger Central Bookstore and Café, Hagy Childcare Center, & Lab School located in Amarillo, Texas per the attached bidding documents and specifications. It is the intent of the College to award this bid based on the Bidder that can provide the goods or services at the Best Value to Amarillo College. Invitations for Bids (IFB's) will be accepted until Thursday, March 26, 2026 before 3:00pm (CST). Bids delivered in-person should be delivered to Amarillo College, Attention: Trae Kepley, Director of Purchasing, Washington Street Campus, 2201 S. Washington Street, Parcells Hall, Room 110B, Amarillo, TX 79109. Bids delivered via Post Office should be sent to Amarillo College, Attention: Trae Kepley, Director of Purchasing, P.O. Box 447, Amarillo, Texas 79178.
