REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS Aubrey Municipal Development District will receive sealed proposals for Construction Management-at-Risk for the following generally described scope of work:204/208 South Main Street - includes taking both spaces at 204 & 208 S. Main     St. to a dark shell space for future Tenants.Sealed proposals (prepared according to the Instructions to Proposers) will be received by Christine Gossett, Executive Director, at 107 S. Main Street, Aubrey, TX 76227, until 11:00 AM, local time, March 20, 2026. The Proposals will then be opened and read aloud. Any proposals received after the deadline will be returned to the sender unopened.  Digital documents will be available beginning February 20, 2026. These will be available for download at no charge and may be secured from Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. by contacting Elizabeth Hollenbeck bids@parkhill.com and 325.696.7339.A pre-proposal conference will be held at 204 S.
