Baytown Waterworks Partners (BWP) and Baytown Area Water Authority (BAWA) are seeking interested suppliers and subcon- tractors to perform specified scopes of work for the Phase 2 expansion of the East Surface Water Treatment Plant located at 5359 E. Grand Parkway S. Baytown TX 77523. Project Documents will be available via Building Connected. Please reach out to Danny Mignano at dmignano@mccarthy. com if you are interested in viewing and bidding the project. Bids are due 3/12/2026 at 2pm. BWP and BAWA reserve the right to accept or reject any and all responses at its option and to waive any formalities. This contract is contingent upon the release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board and is subject to US Iron & Steel Requirements.
