REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Sealed proposals addressed to the Commissioners' Court will be received by the Bell County Auditor's Office (3rd floor Bell County Courthouse) 101 E. Central Avenue, Belton, Texas 76513, until 2:00 p.m. on May 1, 2026, to furnish: RFP# 09-27 – Fully Insured, Self-Funded and/or Partially Self-Funded Medical Benefits Proposals will be opened at the date/time shown above in the Bell County Judge's Conference Room (2nd Floor), Bell County Courthouse, 101 East Central Avenue, Belton, Texas. To register as a vendor and receive bid/proposal information, please visit the Bell County webpage at: http://bellcountytx.com, under "Quick Links" click on "Bid Information" which takes you to the Purchasing page. On the left side of the Purchasing page click on "Vendor Registration/Bid Access Link" to access the vendor registration page. You must register as a vendor to access the bid/proposal information. Respondents are responsible for checking the County's electronic procurement solutions website (IonWave Technologies) regularly for any changes to the bid/proposal documents, such as addenda, clarifications and questions located at https://bellcountytx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. The County can only guarantee the accuracy and completeness of information on IonWave Technologies website. If another agency or construction data website references this project, please also refer to the County/IonWave Technologies' website mentioned above to verify completeness of the data. Information may be obtained from the Bell County Auditor's Office by calling Brian Supak at (254) 933-5112. Proposals shall be marked with the appropriate bid number and title and shall be delivered to the address listed herein. Pricing submitted shall indicate unit prices for each item listed. The successful Respondent will be paid by check or procurement card from the County for acceptable products provided. The Commissioners' Court reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities, and to award the bid, which in the opinion of the Owner, appears to be in its best interest.
