REQUEST FOR BID The Commissioners Court of Red River County will receive sealed bids until 10:00 A.M. Wednes- day, April 8, 2026, for the purchase of the following road materials for the pe- riod beginning April 17, 2026, and ending April 16, 2027. Road Oil- All Types Asphalt & Emulsion RC250 Hot and /or Cold Mix Flex base Road Gravel Rock Sand Pit Run Rip-Rap Bridge Material Road Gravel Grade 5 & 4 Oil Sand Sandstone Iron Ore Rock Red Rock Fly Ash Rock Sulphur River Rock Limestone Rock Bids should include cost of materials at the plant site. Bids should also include separately the cost of materials deliv- ered to each pre- cinct. Cost of materi- als should be priced per ton. Red River County Commis- sioners' Court has the option to renew any bid. No open account for any ac- cepted bid may be closed at any time during the duration of the period stated above.
