Vulcan Street, Brenham, Texas 77833. A copy of the RFP specifications may be obtained, in person, at the City of Brenham City Hall, 200 W. Vulcan St, purchasing suite, Brenham, Texas.  They may also be obtained by calling (979-337-7537) or by visiting the City of Brenham's website at www.cityofbrenham.org/purchasing.Sealed proposal documents shall be delivered to the Office of Purchasing Services, City of Brenham, 200 W. Vulcan St., Brenham, Texas 77833.  Mailed proposal must be addressed to the Office of Purchasing Services, City of Brenham, P.O. Box 1059, Brenham, Texas 77834-1059.  All proposals must be labeled “RFP No. 26-010 City-Owned Hanger Lease Services DO NOT OPEN”Upon consideration of the proposals, the City of Brenham reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities and technicalities, to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the proposer's ability to provide the services as covered by the specifications, and to accept what in their judgement is the most advantageous proposal.
