RFQ#26-002 PROPERTY_LIABILITY_AUTO INSURANCE COVERAGE Brownfield Independent School District Notice to Proposers Request for Quotes Notice is hereby given that the Brownfield Independent School District, acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive quotes for the purchase/contract of: RFQ#26-002 PROPERTY_LIABILITY_AUTO INSURANCE COVERAGE Quotes will be received in the District Administration Office at the following location until APRIL 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM and presented for approval at a regular Board of Trustees meeting: To request a digital copy of the RFQ which includes the specifications of the RFQ and the method and criteria that will be used to evaluate the RFQ, please contact: Ronald Kuehler Chief Financial Officer 601 Tahoka Rd. Quote submission deadline: APRIL 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM and all quotes will be opened at 601 Tahoka Rd, Brownfield, Texas 79316. Each quote must conform and be responsive to the conditions and specifications outlined in RFQ#26-002 quote. BISD reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of a quote and to be the sole judge of the merit and qualifications of products or services offered.
