NOTICE TO BIDDERS/INVITATION FOR BIDS Panola Gateway Building – Jacobe Brothers Construction, LLC is soliciting bids for Decorative Metal Railings and Hydraulic Passenger Elevators for the new Gateway Building at Panola College in Carthage, TX. Scopes of work for this bid solicitation included Decorative Metal Railings and Hydraulic Passenger Elevators only. Submission Deadline: Sealed proposals are due on or before 2:00pm, May 21, 2026. Submission Location: Bids may be submitted electronically on or before the deadline at stefanihyatt@jacobebros.com Drawings and Specifications: Drawings and Specifications are available for review at Jacobe Brothers Construction's office at 700 SSE Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75702.
