REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR LOWER VALLEY WATER DISTRICT EMPLOYEE INSURANCE BENEFITS CONSULTANT AND BROKERAGE SERVICES RFQ NO. 26-0416-01 The Lower Valley Water District's Board of Directors is seeking and accepting Statement of Qualifications from Licensed Benefits Consultant/Brokers to assist the Lower Valley Water District with all employee benefit lines of coverage. The Request for Qualifications is available on the Lower Valley Water District's website at www.lvwd.org. Notification of any addendums will be posted through the Lower Valley Water District's website. All questions regarding solicitation for statement of qualifications must be submitted by e-mail at purchasing@lvwd.org , with the Subject, “Questions: RFQ Employee Insurance Benefits Consultant and Brokerage Services; NO. 26-0416-01.” An ADDENDUM, with answers to all questions received, will be issued on Monday, April 13, 2026. Sealed proposals, one (1) original and four (4) copies and a USB with a PDF file of the SOQ, must be clearly marked, “Request for Statement of Qualification for LVWD Employee Insurance Benefits Consultant/Brokerage Services; RFQ NO. 26-0416-01 shall be delivered to the Lower Valley Water District, attention Purchasing Department, at 1557 FM Road 1110, Clint, Texas, 79836, at or before 4:00 P.M., local time, on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Late Proposals will not be accepted. Proposals are to be hand delivered or mailed to address provided above. NO faxed or e-mail submittals will be accepted. Lower Valley Water District will not be responsible for any lost or late deliveries. Lower Valley Water District retains the right to accept or reject any and all RFQs, to waive the technicalities, and to select the RFQs which are in the best interest of the District. The firm selected will collaborate directly with the administrative staff. The term of the contract will be for one year term beginning May of 2026. The Lower Valley Water District may request to extend this agreement on a yearly basis for up to four (4) years, through benefit year 2031. The contract will be annually renewable based on the performance and services provided by the broker. The terms of the agreement must not exceed a five-year term. 4/1,4/8/2026
